Benvenuto Bottega Prima Strada.

Bridge Street has been part of the Prima Strada story for years now. Our space has worn many hats. It began as a private dining room, became storage space as we grew and today it’s (becoming) something new.

In Italian, bottega means workshop — a place where things are made by hand, with care and pride. That’s exactly what this is.

Bottega Prima Strada is tucked inside our Production Kitchen, where we make the goods delivered to our Cook Street pizzeria and wholesale customers. Now, we’re opening the doors and inviting you to come to the source.

You’ll find the same handmade, wood-fired pizzas you know and love (just slightly smaller), alongside a focused menu of new favourites: a mortadella panino, meatballs (of course) and a case filled with Prima Strada goods to take home — frozen pizzas, salads, tiramisu, gelato, sorbetto and more.
