Every week in the Prima Strada Production Kitchen, we grind pork, add spices and mix together to make our sausage. While most is delivered to the pizzerias for pizza, we always save some for links. Pan fry with eggs, roast with peppers and onions or grill them. Whatever your cooking method, our house made sausages are always delicious.
Thaw and cook to internal temperature of 165 °F
