Pesto pasta is a frequent go-to (perhaps more than we should admit) for lunch or dinner. Add a dollop to scrambled eggs. Add a dollop to mayo and you’ve got an aioli that takes your sandwich to the next level. Bowl of soup need a little something? Dollop of pesto. You get it. I know you do.
