Every good restaurant has a secret menu with tips, tricks and modifications to enhance the meal. When it comes to pizza in Victoria, we’re no exception. We call them game changers. Over the years, we’ve seen our wood-fired pizza classics revamped with a modification or two that have become weekly staples.

Margherita pizza… add house mixed olives (warm blistery olives are delicious!) Filetti pizza… add a meat (prosciutto, house sausage, house smoked ham or house pepperoni) Diavola… add pesto drizzle + ricotta (no surprises here – DeCarolis/Dallas family favourite) Margherita… minus cheese, add mushrooms, onions, peppers, olives (vegan classic!) Any pizza… add an egg on top (all time favourite brunch choice)
