Welcome Bottega Prima Strada! For some time now, we’ve been quietly working away behind the scenes on a new project — one rooted in everything we love most about food, hospitality and our favourite handmade Italian goods. We’re excited to finally share it with you.
Introducing Bottega Prima Strada — a small dining room and artisan food shop tucked inside our Production Kitchen.
We know it looks a bit rough now, but be assured this new space is an extension of the Prima Strada philosophy: simple ingredients, traditional techniques and food made with care. It’s a place where you can stop in for a quick lunch, gather with friends over pizza, or bring home some of your Prima Strada favourites to enjoy later.

The word bottega means workshop or artisan shop in Italian — traditionally a place where craftspeople create with skill, passion and attention to detail. That meaning felt especially fitting for this new chapter. Bottega Prima Strada is a reflection of the work that happens every day in our kitchen: dough made with 4 ingredients, pepperoni, sausage and meatballs from scratch, tiramisu, gelato and of course our chili oil too! All ingredients carefully prepared and meals crafted to be shared.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite, picking up dinner for the family or discovering something new from our shelves, we hope Bottega feels warm, welcoming and unmistakably Prima Strada.
