Celebrating Jenn & Jen: 25 Years of Craft, Care and Commitment

At Prima Strada, our story has always been written by people.

This year, we’re proud to celebrate two incredible milestones—Jenn (15 years) and Jen (10 years)—whose work, leadership and craft have helped shape who we are today.

Together, they represent 25 years of dedication to hospitality, production and the pursuit of quality in everything we do.

Jenn — 15 Years of Leadership in Hospitality

Jenn joined the Prima Strada team just three years into our journey. As we approach our 18th anniversary this August, she has been part of nearly every chapter of our story.

Her path has been anything but linear—and that’s what makes it meaningful. Jenn began as a manager, later stepped into a serving role after the arrival of her first daughter and returned to leadership, as our General Manager.

Through each stage, her commitment to hospitality has remained constant.

Jenn leads with experience, empathy and a deep understanding of what it means to create a great guest experience. Her influence is seen not only in operations, but in the culture and standards that define our team today.

Fifteen years in hospitality at one place is rare. We are deeply grateful for hers.

Jen — 10 Years of Craft

Jen joined Prima Strada a decade ago and has become the guiding force behind our house-made products.

Known as Jen with one “n” (a nickname as distinctive as she is), she leads our production team with precision, creativity and a deep respect for craft.

A butcher, baker and gelato maker, Jen oversees everything from pepperoni, sausage and meatballs to tiramisu, gelato and our frozen pizzas.

Her work is both technical and artistic. She sets a high standard—and ensures her team meets it every day. The consistency and quality of our house-made products are a direct reflection of her leadership.

Jen prefers to stay behind the scenes, focused on the work rather than the spotlight. But milestones like this deserve recognition.

While Jenn and Jen work in different parts of our business, their impact is shared across everything we do. One leads the guest experience. The other leads the craft behind what we serve. Together, they represent the balance of hospitality and production that defines Prima Strada.

Milestones like these are rare. They speak not just to time, but to commitment, growth, and care over many years.

We are proud to celebrate Jenn and Jen—and even more grateful for the work they continue to do every day.
