A summer Spritz might be my favourite drink, anytime. It can be as simple or as complex as you’d like; pour an alcoholic or zero-proof beverage over ice and add a splash of soda. I’m a fan of a citrus twist or even a few olives but honestly, both are optional. A summer spritz is delicious and refreshing!

Lambrusco Spritz – Aperol, Lambrusco and soda.
Limoncello Spritz – Limoncello, Prosecco and soda.
Blueberry Basil Spritz (NA) – not to be confused with our blueberry basil soda, this spritz features house made blueberry basil syrup,
non-alcoholic Prosecco and soda.
Giffard Spritz (NA)- Giffard is a classic bitter syrup; you’ll taste blood orange, a bit of quinine bitterness and tart grapefruit. It’s delicious when topped with non-alcoholic Prosecco and soda.
