Pasta! We’re really excited to say we’ve been noodling all about it for the past few months. In fact, we’ve been cooking up a top-secret pasta revolution behind the scenes (really, in our Production Kitchen) and the time has finally come to unveil our mouthwatering creations!
Now, in addition to serving up your favourite pizza, we’re serving up a Feature Pasta too! Yes, pasta in the pizzerias – simple and delicious, just like our pizzas. Stop by for a bowl or two. Eat in or take home. We have a little something for everyone: the salt, the crunch, meat and no meat, a touch of heat! All are tasty – we couldn’t pick a favourite!
Every week, we’ll offer three dishes: a Feature Pasta (different at each pizzeria) along with two classic (and kid friendly) sauces: tomatoes and parmesan and olive oil and parmesan! Yep, that’s three different pasta dishes available every week.
*Rigatoni con pancetta, piselli e gorgonzola – pancetta, parmigiano, peas, gorgonzola, shallots, panna, salt and pepper. *can be made w/o meat
Spaghetti con aglio e olio – garlic, parmigiano, chili flakes, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice
Fusilli con pesto, rucola e Carciofi – basil pesto, parmigiano, arugula, artichokes, pepper and lemon juice
Pappardelle Bolognese – our house made sauce: pancetta, prosciutto, pork, parmigiano, carrot, celery, onion, tomato paste, tomato sauce, red wine, milk, parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil
