15 years ago today we opened a little pizzeria in the Cook St Village. As champions of Neapolitan pizza, we hoped Victoria would love it as much as us! And you did!

It’s was about 17 years ago, when Geoffrey burst out of his office (our garage) with the bones of a business plan that became Pizzeria Prima Strada. With help from family and friends, we opened! Years later, when we think back to the planning, preparation, learning and launching of Prima Strada, we’re proud to have shared pizza (and more) with so many. We’re beyond grateful for the support of our team, community, family and friends.
While we’ve had a few challenges, especially the last few years, we’re proud and happy to continue to share our passion for Neapolitan pizza and southern Italian food with our Victoria and Cowichan Valley communities.
15 years makes many amazing memories. We’ve had the great pleasure to serve up thousands of pizzas, meatballs, glasses of wine, pints of beer, scoops of gelato, slices of tiramisu and more to our guests.
