A cocktail with wings, The Aviation, an old school gin recipe is making a comeback. When in Las Vegas at Pizza Expo last month (yes, this is real life), we discovered this classic cocktail. We even had 2 to make sure it is really that good and knew it was something to share! It’s bright, refreshing and delivers every time. Cin cin!
2 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz Creme de Viollette
1/2 oz Luxurdo Maraschino
Shake, strain, serve in cocktail glass, garnish with cherry
