We love our new seasonal menu additions and are thrilled to share them with you! At PPS, we pride ourselves in serving fresh, local ingredients and you’ll see that on our summer menu.
The Insalata di rucola e coppa is our version of an Italian caesar. It features arugula, frisée, coppa salami, crostini, parmigiano, lemon anchovy vinaigrette. We’ve kept the Insalata d’verdure arrosto on the menu featuring local oven roasted seasonal vegetables, fresh herb vinaigrette & ricotta. Keep an eye out for the Insalata Caprese. It’ll be making appearances on our feature boards!
While it’s hard to say goodbye to the winter greens, we know it means the return of cherry tomatoes and the Pizze Filetti! This year, Executive Chef Franz Dessombes has added a pesto drizzle to finish and we feel it’s a game changer.
Along with a new Summer of Spritz line up coming soon, our favourite patio wine 8th Generation Pinot Meunier Rosé is back and it’s really, really good.
