Breakfast Bruschetta:
Use your favourite baguette sliced in rounds and toasted. Smear with mascarpone, top with fresh berries (all of one or a medley – blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, logan berry). Drizzle with honey.
Figs & Gorgonzola:
Preheat broiler. Slice your favourite baguette in rounds and place on baking sheet; brush with olive oil. Slice fresh figs, layer crumbled gorgonzola & thinly sliced prosciutto. Drizzle with honey & top with fresh cracked pepper.
Strawberries & Ricotta:
Preheat broiler. Slice your favourite baguette in rounds and place on baking sheet; brush with olive oil. Smear with ricotta and top with fresh sliced strawberries, basil & drizzle with a balsamic reduction. Season to taste.
