Join us for Brunch at Bridge on Valentine’s Day!

Bring the one you love or bring the one you like for a fabulous brunch at PPS Bridge! Come with your family and friends for something different but delicious on Sunday, February 14 from 10a to 2p for Brunch at Bridge.

Salt Spring mussels w/house made sausage, chilies, garlic, house baked bread, charred lemon aioli

Baked eggs w/garlic, basil, red onion, tomatoes, shaved parmigiano

House made sausage w/Yukon Gold potatoes & red pepper hash, poached egg & hollandaise

Pappardelle w/capers, house made tesa, preserved lemon, shallot, bread crumbs

Braised kale on seared polenta, pair of poached eggs, house smoked bacon, hollandaise

To Drink

Expect OJ and bottomless Drumroaster drip coffee, Mimosas and a special Bloody Mary along with an assortment of other beverages.

*Menu subject to change. All dishes based on availability. We’ll be skipping pizza this Sunday to focus on the mouth-wateringly delicious dishes created by the talented PPS Chefs.
