We’re not trying to brag – honestly – but we’ve got some pretty serious talent on the bar at PPS Fort.
In an effort to showcase this talent, our bartenders have put their heads together to create some new (and absolutely delicious) feature beverages for your tasting pleasure!
We’re beyond thrilled to introduce to you our new feature cocktail menu, exclusively at Prima on Fort. The menu will rotate, but for the time being, here’s what we’re offering…
Try the “Melegrana Mule” made with award-winning Wild Turkey bourbon, house made pomegranate grenadine and fresh lemon juice topped with PPS fig ginger beer. This is a sweet and spicy winter warmer – a perfect cocktail for a cold and rainy December month.
Next, we’re serving up the “Mount Etna” with gin, Punta e Mes, Averna, blood orange cordial and Verjus. This cocktail is rich and bold, invoking feelings of Mount Etna… we think it’s absolutely volcanic.
“From Naples with Love” is our third feature drink mixed from vodka, Aperol, Cointreau, basil syrup and our chef’s house made meyer lemon marmalade. This one is served elegantly in a coupe.
Last, but certainly not least, cozy up to our bar with our mulled vino bianco, made from Trebbiano, Lillet blanc, Amaro Montenegro, pear, apple, vanilla, thyme and other seasonal spices.
