You’ve Probably Never Considered PPS For Brunch, Here’s Why You Should…

When you think of PPS, you probably associate us with lunch and dinner.

We get that. But from now on, we hope you’ll consider us for brunch, too.

Here’s why.

Five words: put an egg on it.



The PPS Panna e Pancetta is already fairly “breakfast-y”. With a cream base, parm, house-cured pancetta (think: bacon), ricotta cheese, mozzarella and leek… Mmmmmmm. Now put an egg on it. This is a Saturday and Sunday morning go-to for our staff at PPS. Now it can be yours, too.


Here’s another one. The Salsiccia Piccante… with an egg. Think about it. Tomato, housemade sausage, mozzarella, peppers, basil, parm… add an egg. Brunch, right?

Pair these two “brekkie” pies with a PPS Bellini or a traditional caffe and you’re ready to take on the day.
