It’s exciting times at Pizzeria Prima Strada.
Construction at PPS Fort has been underway for a couple of months now. The room is looking more and more like a restaurant with each passing day.
But this past weekend was especially exciting for us!
Our new oven finally arrived! From Italy via California. And what a sight to see!
A whopping 6000 lbs tiled in black and PPS yellow, the oven made its grand entrance at our Bridge Street location.
It came via truck. But this beauty is so heavy, it needed to be lifted by crane. That’s right. You read correctly. Crane.

For now, the oven is safe and sound at PPS Bridge. Can’t wait to move it to its new home at PPS Fort.
