Venturi-Schulze‘s Legacy 25-year-aged Balsamic Vinegar is ready!

Join us on May 16th in the PPS Bridge private dining room for a tasty treat! You remember Venturi-Schelze – we served their Piccolo wine all summer at Prima Strada. This is one island winery – and some great people – you want to get to know!

On Saturday, May 16th we’ll be sampling Venturi-Schulze’s expressive island wines and a very special aged vinegar. But wait, there’s more…

PPS Chef Andrew Langley will cut into a brand new 40kg wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano for sampling with the vinegar and of course, there will be pizza too! Delizioso!

The event begins at 3pm on May 16th and tickets are $26.25 ($25 plus tax) per person.
