A few months ago, the PPS team flew to Naples, Italy. (We posted a plethora of photos to our Facebook, Instagram and blog – do have a look). Their plan: fly to Italy, tour, taste, sip, see the sites, bond and bring what they learned back to PPS in Victoria.
The group – owners Cristen and Geoffrey, director of operations Andrew, restaurant managers Livia and Patrick, and chefs Andrew and Alex – toured wineries, farms, the Caputo flour mill, and of course, restaurants (among other wonderful places).
Together, the team tasted some amazing food and made memories they’ll not soon forget.
At PPS, we change the menus a bit with every season. Knowing the change was imminent, the crew was especially keen and observant while traveling in Italy. After a few months of reflection, a bit of tasting and testing, we’re thrilled to announce our new Fall / Winter menu at PPS. We’ve made some wonderful and delicious additions (inspired by our travels) that are sure to please.
It’s new offerings all around: two new seasonal salads, Bruschetta del Giorno, Carpaccio, Polenta al Forno (made without flour), new pizzas (Quattro Stagioni, Salsciccia e Rapini and Siciliana) and traditional Italian cocktails! Don’t worry, we’ve saved a few ideas for the Spring/Summer menu!
