The Winner of PPS’ Pick Our Next Pizza Contest Came In For a Pizza-Making Lesson, Here Are Some Photos

As you know, we recently announced Ralph Cave as the lucky winner of Prima Strada’s first ever “Pick Our Next Pizza Contest”.

In addition to featuring “The Ralph” at both PPS locations for 5 consecutive days, there were some other great prizes involved: we invited Ralph in to our pizzeria for a private pizza making lesson with a PPS pizzaiolo, and to collect some great and well-deserved Prima swag!

Ralph came in with his daughter, Leah. The two were eager to learn the tricks of the Neapolitan trade. This worked out great, considering pizzaiolo Tyler was equally as excited to teach them everything there is to know about the art and science of making a perfect Prima Strada pizza.

Check out these photos of teacher and students hard at work.

(Who’s having more fun? Ralph? Leah? Or Tyler? (We honestly think it’s hard to tell))!

After the lesson, it was time for lunch. Here’s a photo of Ralph and Leah enjoying the fruits (or should we say pizzas) of their labour.

Once fed, the two went home with their pizzas (don’t forget the one they made for Leah’s mom); a $50 gift certificate to either PPS location; two Prima Strada “I’M SORRY FOR WHAT I SAID WHEN I WAS HUNGRY” t-shirts; and because it’s the season, a trusty PPS umbrella!

Big thanks to Ralph and Leah for coming in to PPS for their pizza lesson– we had so much fun!
