Many are familiar with TED talks – great talks to stir your curiosity – but what is TEDx? A part of TED, it’s an independently organized gathering where people share ideas on Technology, Entertainment & Design. 
Last Saturday over 400 people gathered for Victoria’s second TEDx , an event Pizzeria Prima Strada was happy to be a part of. The theme was momentum and the day was full of inspirational ideas – from food security to neural plasticity to astrophysics. My favourite talk? Carolyn Herriot‘s Zero Mile Diet philosophy – Carolyn successfully created a sustainable vegetable garden in Victoria using inexpensive materials & easy to follow methods.
