Join us at the Long Table to Toast Puglia

A few pictures from the Lazio dinner to remind you you don’t want to miss Puglia!

Bordering the Adriatic Sea, Puglia is the long narrow region creating the heel of Italy’s “boot.” It is a region of farming and viticulture and home to such rising wine stars as Negroamaro and Primitivo (a close cousin to Zinfandel).

The menu? Baked mussels, house made pasta with morels, pancetta, pecorino and tomato sauce & oven braised lamb with local greens. The meal ends with dessert.

The wines? A-mano Fiano Greco, Calatrasi La Piazza Primitivo and Squizano Apollonio.

Join us at Bridge Street on Wednesday June 29 or Thursday, June 30. Seating is limited to 24 for each evening. Dinner begins at 7 pm. The cost per person is $50 plus hst & grat ($63.50). For more info or to book your seat, call 250-590-4388 or email andrew@primastrada.com
